2. Visiting the website
The website is hosted on a server in Germany by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Delivering a page requires processing technical connection data, including your IP address, the requested address, the time of the request and technical information sent by your browser. Hetzner provides hosting on our behalf.
We use this information to deliver the website and deal with technical faults. This is based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not keep visitor access logs or use these data for audience analysis. Connection data are processed for delivery; any technical error information is retained only as long as needed to investigate and resolve the fault, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Hetzner privacy information.
3. Contacting us
If you send an email or call, we use the information you provide, such as your name, contact details and message, to respond and discuss your project. For steps towards a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in answering them under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Our email service is provided by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, which processes messages on our behalf.
We delete enquiries when they have been dealt with and no further communication is expected, unless they are needed for a contract, a legal claim or a statutory retention obligation. Business correspondence must generally be kept for six years and accounting records for eight years where those statutory duties apply. Retention required by law is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Preparing a message
The form prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit your entries to our server. The email button opens your email application with the prepared text; you decide whether to send it. The copy button writes the text to your clipboard at your request. Entries are not saved by the website and are discarded when the page is reloaded or closed. Copies in your clipboard or email drafts are managed by your device or email service.
5. Cookies and demonstrations
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Fonts, images and the tour software are served from this website. The demonstrations do not create real orders, payments, memberships or contracts. Use sample information only.
The Gym demonstration runs in memory by default. You can expressly enable “Save this demo on this device” to retain sample training and meal settings on this device. Only then does it access local browser storage. This optional storage is based on your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG and, insofar as personal data are involved, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The data stay in your browser and are not sent to us. They remain until you delete them, disable the option or reset the demonstration. Disabling storage withdraws consent for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Downloaded demonstration files remain on your device until you delete them.
6. External links
Instagram and other external services are linked, not embedded. Opening one of those links takes you to the provider’s website, where its privacy information applies. Visiting this website alone does not load an Instagram plug-in.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact us at kontakt@kydyrov.de.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work or where you believe an infringement occurred. Our local authority is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
Providing contact information is voluntary. Without enough information, we may be unable to respond. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. The website does not use third-country services for analytics or marketing.
